Staff members are always polite and very helpful. The store is well stocked, however I have been there few times to get a big bag of food for my doggie and all the food there is for small dogs, which can be tad annoying as it means I need to order it.

Only walked in to have a look at the small animals. They all looked very clean, contented and well cared for, almost as much as the young lady on the front desk!

Went to buy my puppy some training pads and bags. Ended up coming out a VIP card and 10+ more stuff. They offered me free food and growing etc. Lovely Team.
