Extremely worse service have 4 Tills but always only 1 staff serving when there is a huge queue always like this. I was not going to leave a negative feedback but this is really enough! Please at least have 2 people to serve customers!!!
We went into Pets at home, unsure about switching to a raw diet. 1 member of staff I can't remember his name spent about 20-30minutes with us discussing the products, the health benefits and getting to know our dog. We left feeling more in the know and generally that we had fantastic customer service. Highly recommend if looking for advice about your pet.
Get our little yorkie groomed there, very happy with all appointments she has attended.
Great stuff for dogs. I was never before in a pet store that had also pet grooming and a vet. This is amazing! Love that. Yet, I cannot give 5 points as the cages for gerbils and hamster and so on, where way to tiny! It is absolutely unacceptable to let them live in those cages. It is everything but Species-appropriate animal husbandry. Please do something for the rodent animals in your store.

Absolutely terrible store! Not sure they should be open, 3 staff members who clearly can't manage a queue never mind the whole store!! Is it even legal to open a big store with only 3 staff members?

The staff are always helpful, and very efficient. But most of all,always make you feel welcome, and my dog when I bring him gets a biscuit. So even he leaves the store smiling.
