Knowledgable and kind with high quality brands available! We were really touched to find that after calling to ask about stock of a product, when we drove to K9 Active the next day, two sizes that the owner thought might work for our dog had been put aside especially! Thank you K9 Active - we’re glad to now know where to find you!
Amazing service! Visited the store and picked up new collars and leads. Also wanted a new raincoat for our growing pup but the size we needed was out of stock. The service we received was brilliant as they happily ordered the one we needed and communicated promptly when it was in stock. Unfortunately we could not get back into the shop so they agreed to post to us and happy to say the raincoat is on its way to us. Highly recommend this company as they truly believe in customer service.
Great Experience A very helpful woman assisted me with the selection and fitting of a "halty" style dog collar. 10/10
Took our wee dog for a new harness today, such a great wee place. The lady was lovely and took plenty of time helping us, she measured our dog and made sure it fitted him properly. Great selection of thing aswell. Will be back soon for his new coat. As you can see he is delighted with it.
Be warned DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY Firstly ordered with extra paid next day delivery 5 days later when not arrived, I messaged their customer service and received no response, I luckily paid via PayPal and disputed the charge - immediately got a response asking if I wanted a refund or the product sending. I clearly stated refund to which I got no response. 1 day later they have sent the item. I will be refusing delivery and reporting to PayPal Be warned order at own risk
First time visit and came away with a nice wee selection of treats for my dog. Plenty more to choose from so will be back.
5 star service. Went in for harnesses for our patterpoo pups and staff couldn't have been more helpful. Pups got measured and fitted with their harnesses which makes them look very smart. Will be back again for our next puppies needs.
Fantastic!! A huge selection of treats at great prices. A lovely dog roaming around the store. Friendly service. We usually order online, however will be coming here from now on!

They have a wide selection of very healthy frozen raw meals for your dog. They also have top of the line accessories like harnesses and leashes and toys, and very healthy snacks. The man who assisted me was very helpful. We will be back.
