Good sized store, with the vets and animal beauty parlour inside. Plenty of free level parking outside, and the store is fully accessible. There's a good range of products and choices on offer. Signage could be better. Dog food was signed to the right, but it was small bags. Big bags were on the opposite side of the store. Checkout was quick, with plenty of tills open. Staff were available to help carry heavy items to your car if needed. A pleasant and easy experience.

Friendly and informative staff and they are happy to help. The Vets practice is excellent too. Our poorly puppy was seen quickly and his treatment fixed the problem quickly. If you're getting a new dog or cat please think about insurance in case of an emergency. It's scary when they get sick and you have enough to worry about without financial worries. Also worth noting that in Cornwall the RSPCA contribute to spaying female cats so all it costs you is £10.

I like my vet to like dogs and if this one does she fooled me ! Polite enough to me but NO interaction with my dog at all.Quite mixed feelings about her not sure if I will return.Definitely looking around some more.

Phoned up Sunday to book my frenchmastiff puppy in becuz he has something wrong with his eye got told my pet plan has run out and I would have to pay I told Nicky I have no money not only she was rude but spoke to me like I shouldn't own a puppy she booked me in for 3:45 and I scrapped together the money I phoned up 3:42 to say iv just got in the taxi and will be ten mins late and Nicky told me I have miss my appointment and shop will be close at 4 i am looking forward to speak with Nicky face to face and to see what's her problem

Wanted to buy a couple of tropical fish, was asked so many stupid questions " do I have live plants, how many and what fish do I have already , am I intending to feed them to a piranha! ! ! ? " was spoke to with an.. i can't be bothered to serve you attitude , and in such a condescending way I should have walked out and went to the fantastic shop on the industrial estate just around the corner. I'm a near 60 yr old and retired from the pet trade after 22 years of owning several pet shops myself. Absolutely unbelievably shocking service.
