A cracking shop. I went primarily for tropical fish which is a new thing these guys are doing, the whole aquaria department was very good but they didn't have a massive selection of fish - the usual bread and butter stuff really, a few nice oddballs though, definitely be going back.

went today to get chickens for my newly purchased coop, the staff there were very friendly and helpful (the other reviewer may have caught them on a bad day...and lets face it we ALL have them!!) The service wasn't fowl, far from it...it was Eggs-celent. (GROAN) Everything I required on the day for the chickens was there, also they helped my dad decide on dog food for his horse-sized dog!! I will definately be buying all my poultry supplies from these guys. it also had what looked like a decent equestrian centre upstairs for all your horsey needs. Anyhow, the Chickens have been in their coop for a few hours now and have really settled, they're friendly healthy birds. I would highly recommend this supplier the prices were spot on too!

WE TOOK OUR CHILDREN TO THIS SHOP AND WERE GOING TO PURCHASE OVER A THOUSAND POUNDS WORTH OF GOODS,UNTILL WE ENCOUNTERED A VERY RUDE MEMBER OF STAFF,THIS FEMALE STAFF MEMBER WAS RUDE AND NEEDED A LESSON IN MANNERS, IF I WERE THE OWNER I WOULD MAKE STAFF MEMBERS ALL GO ONTO A COUSE IN CUSTOMER CARE........ THERE ARE OTHER PET SHOPS WITH GOOD STAFF WHO LOVED OUR CUSTOM....
