Excellent service from all staff. Poppy was spayed and she went in at 8.30 and out by 5.00. Very attentive staff who were very friendly and helpful. Will be back but only as an emergency

Great for pet supplies and grooming, my dog loves visiting the store and well worth getting the app for special promotions related to your pets needs

Going in with an xl dog and trying to manage to look for things and get a shop these are amazing although some do judge and walk away the way you dress and thats okay no hard feelings im there for my pets it does sometimes also ive been here a few times like 20 times or more I only see like one or two staff on at the till, it be really good if they did a self check out to. I also like this store because its right next door to my pets vets

Manager is very rude and he don’t like too much dogs . My dog was trying to play with him and refuse in bad manner and no professional actitud.. She is a puppy Golden Retriever 9 month and I can understand sometimes she can be hyperactive if you don’t have any patience with animal , find an other Kobe where you don’t deal with animals ….

My sons suffered a serve allergic reaction to 2 guinea pigs bought from this shop. Not anyone’s fault refunded the bedding and temporary cage bought from here as bought hutch and other items from another store which I was happy with getting my money back for them. Ended up returning the guineas as well due to obviously having allergies. No empathy was shown and felt as though I wasn’t believed and one of the women was very aggressive and rude. I am now banned from buying future animals from stores as I returned them safely. I just hope the little fellas go to a free and happy home as already bought from adoption.
