Excellent and can’t thank the team enough for how they treated Douglas over the past 12 and a half years. Particularly the last couple of years of his life where he was more dependant on his appointments. Kate was fantastic with him and really helped guide us through decisions that were best for him. Very thankful we had such a great vet we could trust.
Great care taken of our newfie Fred. No question too stupid and excellent care during a recent eye op.
My wee dog skye was put to sleep on Monday afternoon . That was my 3rd border collie that I had to say goodbye to. Dalblair vetinary surgery has always looked after my dogs . Anne Hutchison Mr Jefferson and all the staff. We couldn't have asked for better care for all of them . Thank you all so much.xx
Polite and very knowledgeable staff. Staff go over and above to help with any problems as my dog is very scared of the vets and can come across as being a little aggressive but it's just pure fear. The staff have allowed and encouraged me to bring my dog in and sit in the waiting room with no other dogs and gradually build her up to having her consultation with the vet. As a pet owner, I find this kind of attention and help invaluable and can't thank them enough.
Excellent, professional service at a very difficult time. Would definitely use them again, as we have for the past 12 years, but unfortunately we no longer need to :-
I've been a customer for years and have always received amazing service for all my pets, no matter the issue. Staff are really friendly and take great care of all animals.
Beware of these Vet's as they no we can source medication Cheaper online so what they done with me is gave me out of date prescription s on three separate occasions and refused to fix there mistakes and then charged me money again for the same prescription,s and if they never riped me of enough £1378. and they still haven't given me access to my dog's medical records and also stopped my dog medication and now my dog is in alot of pain and discumfort so beware of Mrs Trumbull mistakes . BEWARE

I took my little dog as he kept itching behind one of his Iegs. I was quite nervous haven't been to a vet before and they were lovely friendly and professional...the layout of the vet surgery really nice, and amanda, who dealt with my dog, was brilliant hence my dog being happy having his examination. Big thanx. Icing on the cake was I bought a couple of lovely dog Christmas presents whilst there.
Great staff great vets had cookie my American bully in yesterday she picked up an ear infection or a flare up never got the vets name but she's worked wonders cookie ear is better now thanks for everything from cookie,cali, pumpkin and torvi
