The worst groomer I ever met!!! They don't deserve even one star. They locked my dog in the cage for an hour and they said he was quite aggressive!!!! Unacceptable and intolerable treatment of an animal. Once I looked at my dog he was left alone for an entire hour and treated like a beast. Absolutely disgraceful,I felt sorry for my pet because he displayed a look of sadness and loneliness. Never had this problem before with any groomer. No work done in the time frame and the only victim was the dog as he was locked alone for such an extensive period of time. Should have called earlier.

I hate to give bad reviews and I seldom do I would just give one star and let you decide your self but I love animals too much especially my dog and as they do not have a voice to have their say my dog has a lot to say and that is "never ever again not in a million dog years do not send me there again" Never fear I won't I thought they have me the wrong dog and he was traumatised as well. The only come back from Petmaniacs was we will tidy his cut, but surely that was the whole idea of grooming...a tidy cut.Oh yeah then they offered a free groom next time. Seriously a scarecrow would have second thoughts. As I said I hate to moan but our pets depend on us that is what we signed up for they are family. Private grooming is the way forward a tad more expensive but these guys seriously understand dogs talk to a private trainer or DSPCA they know animals. If my child is sick or needs a haircut I don't go to a toy shop.
