After few days browsing and searching online I ordered customised version of Impression walk-in bath from Smooth Baths over the phone in August. I wanted it to be delivered to my aunt in London within 2 weeks. Martin from Smooth Baths has promised to do it and he ... delivered. My aunt was very impressed with the product. Excellent customer service, great advice before purchase, prompt delivery and top quality product. I can honestly recommend Smooth Baths to anyone looking for a good quality walk-in bathtub.
Very nice company to deal with. The owner helps you in any possible way to choose the right product. I was looking for freestanding walk-in bath for my grandparents and decided to buy their MODERN model. Grandparents are very happy with the bath so far even though they had to wait over a week for the delivery. SMOOTH BATHS also helped us to organize the plumber to install the bath. This was extra charge but all went smooth and bathtub is now fully working in the bathroom for the last 9 months. I can honestly recommend their products to other Irish customers.
Really good experience while dealing with Marcin from SMOOTH BATHS. He understood the needs of my 80yr old dad and helped us to pick up the right bath for him. Walk-in bath Elegance model that got delivered is excellent with top quality finish. We went to 'Bathstore and more' showroom located in Swords beforehand to see the bath on a display. I was dad's decision to buy it and he is very satisfied with it at the moment. Would highly recommend Smooth Baths as well as guys Gerry and Ray from the showroom in Swords.
Hi, we purchased walk in bath ELEGANCE this June from SMOOTH BATHS. The advice regarding product and customer service from Martin were excellent. Bath was delivered on time. When I had a small customization request it was dealt with immediately and the bath arrived 5 cm shorter as requested. Will definitely recommend this supplier to my friends. Thanks Martin for all your help.
I had a very good experience dealing with this company. We ordered an 'Impression' walk-in bath from them this year. Their customer service was brilliant from the beginning to end. Special thanks to Marcin who was always at the other end of phone to answer all our queries and give advices. Would highly recommend Smooth Baths. Very professional supplier company to deal with.
I'm very happy with the "ELEGANCE" bathtub with door that Smooth Baths has provided to my father. We found them very helpful and understanding to the needs of our elderly father. We found them very efficient from start to finish and would highly recommend them.
