Really disappointed by the customer service in this store. We were sent from customer services to exchange a defect item purchased one week ago internationally. Staff ended up shouting and swearing to us in French while our baby is asleep and nearly waking our baby up?! It was totally inappropriate experience for a children’s clothing brand, and I have never been treated this way in a store. I am a regular customer of this brand but today’s experience really ruined my love for the brand! This was my go to brand for any child present and dressing my own kid as well. NEVER AGAIN!!! I am a really really really sad and disappointed customer after today’s experience
A European chain that boasts fabric stitched in France and put together in Spain. So technically made in Spain but not made in China. The service was knowledgeable but not very helpful. They seemed to busy to really help us. The clothing seems to be good quality at a very reasonable price especially with sales. They have clothes from babies to adults but it mostly caters to 1-10.
We are a big fan of petite bateau but the atmosphere in the store is terrible. Very unwelcoming not accessible at all for children. The team behave like he sells life insurance and not babies clothes .
The clothing is of very good quality. Specially Karen, Ecuadorian girl, was very helpful. She was very patient and help me to find everything I need for my kids and also for me !!
Rating is not for clothes but the actual store. Who creates absolutely inaccessible store targeting little kids? How are parents with strollers supposed to get in or around?
limited selection for newborns' clothes, but at least it's not the usual pink for girls, blue for boys! the guy that served me was very helpful, packaging is great for a gift
