I’m having the same experience. I ordered 2 items on 11th Jan and still haven’t received. Again, no update was given until I reached out. I was then assured the items would arrive within the 2-3 week delivery time slot. It has now been over 6 weeks. I had my baby last week and was really in need of one of the items which I then went and bought elsewhere for next day delivery. I’ve contacted the brand twice now to ask for the items to be cancelled and to receive a full refund but have had no response. No response on email, instant web chat or telephone. I will be reporting to trading standards if I don’t receive a refund this week. I’m not emailing info again as I’ve had no response to my last two emails. My order number is H-168816789 under the name Emily Campbell
I wanted to write a review as our experience contrasted greatly to some others here. We ordered some furniture online from a brand called Leander. We did this pre Xmas and it was delivered by a delightful team towards the end of January who installed it for us in our new nursery. They were polite and could not have been more efficient. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish and are very happy.
If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would, unfortunately I cannot comment on the item yet because it still has not arrived and am not sure whether it ever will! I purchased a Baby Bjorn carrier for my baby over 5 weeks ago and have still not had any correspondence from the company as to where it is. I have tried calling and emailing but no luck and then finally today I got through to someone on the live chat service whom said she 'was the only one in the office' and promised an update on my item within a few hours. Still have not heard anything and am extremely frustrated as I have been patient over the Christmas period, there was no indication there would be delays and regardless business should have resumed as normal well before now. This company is very quick to take your money but has no customer service skills or sense of urgency to unhappy customers. I have heard from other mummies this is a reoccurring problem with Huggle.
My wife ordered items from here 6 weeks ago and we are still waiting for these to arrive. Customer service is absolutely shocking, the moment we asked for a refund they have simply gone silent. Having looked at some of the other reviews it surprises me that these people are still in business. At this time all I can simply say is that it is robbery, they have our money and we have no products to show for them….
I’ve had the same experience as everyone else, ordered over a month ago only to be told there was a delay of 2-3 weeks, it then went past that point so I got the product elsewhere, was told my refund would be received last week and still nothing despite me chasing, they have gone very quiet. Absolutely joke of a company keeping pregnant and new mothers money and adding to an already stressful time. Would avoid at all costs!
Extremely poor service!! I ordered a Cybex Base Z on 4th Dec 2021. I was aware at the time that delivery was in January 2022. I waited patiently. I emailed mid January enquiring when I would receive the base and was told the delay was due to a new base design. I checked that the existing car seat I had would still fit and then discovered the new base did not twist. I phoned and spoke to someone who was very nice on the phone and offered to upgrade my order to the original base if I paid the extra cost. This I did. I was then led to believe that I would promptly receive it. It took nearly 3weeks and several phone calls! The tracking number was for DPD which I queried and was then told it was being delivered by FedEx and it arrived via DHL next day delivery!! I feel this was because I requested a full refund as I was going to another retailer! I this is the first and sadly the last time I will buy anything from this company!!!!
I purchased from them in 2018/19 and even visited their store then, and it was fine. At the start of March when I needed to change my daughter’s car seat, I was able to email the customer services and received a prompt response on the discount they do as part of the baby show sale. However once the order was placed, I was then told it will take 3 weeks to deliver, which I was fine with. Unfortunately like many other reviewers, 3 weeks have gone and nothing was delivered, and emails were not responded and customer service line was not answered. Worst still the website no longer work! I am really concerned and will be raising this with my credit card company.
This company appears to have very big problems with fulfilment. My order was marked as dispatched but the tracking didn't work so I tried to get in touch with customer care. I am not sure why they have a customer care line as it never gets answered. I did however manage to get through to someone via the web chat and they confirmed the order had not yet been dispatched but would be in the next couple of days. This went on for a while until I finally lost hope of ever receiving my order and requested a refund. To my amazement the refund process was very smooth. I would recommend persisting with the web chat function if you are having little luck via phone.
Same experience as many others. Placed an order on 30 Jan, was told 2-3 weeks for delivery. Had to contact Huggle after 4 weeks for an update and was sent a long email bemoaning covid, Brexit, and delays from baby bjorn. I was assured that they were receiving a baby bjorn shipment the next week and I would receive my order the week after. Cut to 7 weeks later, and I received the baby bjorn items but the remaining item changing table wasn’t shipped. I have contacted huggle numerous times now without a response and have no faith that my order is going to be fulfilled. Really bad customer service.
Becoming Suspicious I ordered a luxury bean bag that took 6 weeks and was the wrong colour when delivered. I organised a return and was pleased with the service and awaited the correct one coming into stock. Weeks later I decided to cancel and have been unable to get a refund thus far. Used the website chat facility to no avail, called and nobody answers and it states all mailboxes are full. And emails were not responded to in the past. I suspect the company is struggling and has spiralled out of control. I'll try one more time and then just have to file a claim with the credit card company. A shame as initial interactions were good.
