I’ve had an excellent experience with my GP in the Peterloo surgery.  The staff are always prompt with callbacks, ensuring that my concerns are addressed without any unnecessary delays. They are quick to take action on my requests, which makes me feel valued and heard as a patient.  The GP I recently spoke to is particularly supportive and understanding, taking the time to listen to my issues and offering thoughtful advice and care.

I have been a patient at Peterloo since 1977, I have always had good attention. Sometimes a  telephone call can resolve your issues. I'm always polite to the doctors and give them my greatest respect.Some people forget the Doctors train and take exams to  get to practise. Remember they are human beings and work to get your health better. I fully support this practise.

I’ve always had the best care when attending this practice, either for myself or my children. Since they introduced the new telephone system and NHS App, I’ve always been able to get an appointment. Every Dr or nurse I see has been thorough, I’ve felt listened to and happy with the outcome

Recently moved GPs to Peterloo, Since moving I can honestly say that the level of service the staff and the doctors have all been excellent. I was struggling to get appointments that fit around my work schedule at my previous GP, but Peterloo have been great. I was able to get a Saturday appointment when required and the level of customer service from the desk staff is impeccable. I would like to just add that Dr Mahmood has been great in helping me get the correct medication I require, I have nothing negative to say about this GP Surgery.

I have been a patient since 2017 and really like having Peterloo as my surgery. I made my appointment with Peterloo today, using the NHS App for the first time.  Doing it this way was so easy.  I was very impressed that I got a same day face to face appointment with Dr Mahmood, who listened attentively to my concerns, and then explained everything very clearly to me at the end of my appointment regarding what the next steps would be.  I would definitely recommend using the app for appointments.

I've been a patient here since 2023. The receptionist are always helpful and friendly. Easy to book appointments. Very happy here

Since I got ill and spent time in hospital I have had no problems getting an appointment. When it comes to my children even if I ring at 4.30pm because they have got a high temperature I have had an appointment the same day. When ringing in the morning you might have to wait but the new phone system is better.

Like these doctors, they are really good. Love this new phone system with the queue,  least you know where you are, the other way was a nightmare and couldn't always get through. Much. Better.

I attended Dr Zaman’s Clinic yesterday for a knee injection.  He was excellent!  I was also suffering with a sickness bug and he gave me a thorough examination.  The reception I had dealt with earlier was also extremely helpful and very friendly.  I have always found the Doctors at PETERLOO to be very professional and have provided me with the care I needed.

Shona Davidson I would 100% recommend this surgery.. I have been diagnosed with multiple illnesses throughout the past 11 years. Without the help and support of Dr walker. Who has been with me and helped me throughout the whole process. I would 100% not have coped with everything as well as I have. I have had unconditional help and support from her. She has let me know that I can contact her for any issue I have anytime. That in itself makes you feel secure and cared for.I have allways felt relaxed, listened to and helped. All of the doctors who I have seen throughout my years at the surgery have  been exceptionall.  On Thursday I was seen by Dr Zaman who gives me the steroid injection that I need. He makes it as easy and comfortable as possible. It is very easy to talk to him about medical issues he helps and supports you with any issues. I have had exceptional help, support and service at this surgery. I have been a patient here for over 30 years and would hands down recommend it to anyone. .
