The staff are always really friendly and ready to help. Dr Fernández is fab and always listens and wants to help. The other drs I have seen have also been great. Definitely the best Dr's we have ever had.
Alex Mc Fayden on reception is an excellent asset to the practice! He's super helpful, kind and caring. What a lovely person. Also I would mention Dr Fernendez who has been brilliant with me today, in my real hour of need. Thank you so very much.
Alex and Rachel have always been very helpfull when I needed help with ordering my meds or when needing an appointment. They used to be on in the afternoon but now there on in the mourning which is good for me and we always have a bit of banter together. Dr Branchy is an exultant caring Dr and has been very helpful with the problems I'v been having of late. Note My mind still thinks I'm 25 years young, but my body thinks my mind is a nutter LOL
Lovely and friendly staff. Alex is fantastic, he helped me with the NHS app and shown me how you work it and how to book appointments. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Always manage to get an appointment when needed. All the Drs and staff have provided an excellent service and always listen, giving me good professional advice.
Tried getting an appointment for nearly 4 months! The reception staff are so rude and give wrong information!! As they contradict each other! No thought for workers and just think we can take any time or day off. Open up appointments in advance and have more than just an afternoon available a the system you have is ridiculous
The people at the reception are so rude you call and they keep shouting , very bad reception one day after seeing a GP I.was in the waiting room throwing up I needed few mins to relax before leaving the clinic and ome of them came to tell me to leave that I can't be there , what a wicked and heartless act , you don't even gey health help in the hospital, too bad Middleton health centre people at the reception learn to talk to people
Terrible service: they were supposed to send my prescription through to TESCO Friday evening. Went to TESCO on Saturday - the prescription was NOT there. I had to pay for 'emergency' prescription. NOT recommended.
There's some rude reception staff, one in particular that doesn't listen and talks over you. Also gives wrong info.
