I had a set of loose 17" alloy wheels refurbished recently. The job took longer than expected at over a week, but the end result was of good quality.

UPDATE: 6 months after the wheels were refurbished, the paint is starting to come away in places. A shame as I hoped for better long term results.

UPDATE: 12 months later, the majority of the paint had bubbled away. The surface was clearly very badly prepared and the paint of a substandard quality or the staff simply inept. 
I had the wheels professional powder coated at a company capable of producing good results. They have been on the car for a year now and look as good as new.
Just goes to show how shoddy the workmanship at Peterborough Body Repair really is..

Having never had a scrape or any type of incident in a car before, I was horrified when I scraped the rear side of a hire car on my driveway wall.
Needless to say I was panicking and the car was due back in a couple of days. Most places I received a quote from couldn't do it until the following week.

Fortunately, Megan at PBR must have felt my plight and was a bit of a Godsend as she managed to get me in the same day and finished the work the following day, despite having other jobs on. I found Megan to be approachable, fair, professional and dedicated to quality work. I was even taken and collected from home! Customer service at its best. The car looked flawless when finished and thought for the quality of the work, the price was great value. The guys who carried out the work did an excellent job and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Thanks all for all your help and getting me out of a problematic situation! Saved me potentially a lot of money as well.

Dear Swap

I have finally got round to sitting down to formally thank you for the fantastic work that you carried out recently on Iris - my car – which is my pride and joy!

Being fussy and particular, as most of us ladies are regarding appearances, Iris came to me recently with a few stone chips to her front bumper and a couple of scuff marks to a rear wheel.

You took her in, and applied your magic TLC to restore her back to her glory. The workmanship on her wheels is absolutely superb.

I will not hesitate to mention to admirers of Iris where she attended for her beauty therapy! The time, price and quality of work received from Peterborough Body Repair was 1st class.

I had one side, the boot and rear bumper re-sprayed here a few weeks back. 

After it was in for a couple of days I got a call to say they had noticed a few other bits on the car that might need attention (not in the originally discussed works). This included a wing mirror that after 2 years I hadn't got round to fixing but they offered to do this for just the cost of the parts; great customer service. 

I would have given 5 stars but there was a bit of an issue with the final finish (visible "orange peel") that was nagging me for the first couple of weeks, but credit to them they took it in and rectified the issue straight away without debate. I would take my car here again
