Beautiful shop with amazing staff, couldn't help enough and extremely friendly. Probably the biggest indoor aviaries I've ever seen with extremely well looked after happy birds. I just have to say I've been in hundreds of different pet stores over the years and not one was anywhere near as clean as this one. Will be returning very soon

As a regular customer, I consistently purchase bird food and toys, and I’ve never been disappointed with the quality.nnA special mention to the fact that I found my magnificent MeMe, a beautiful Citron Crested Cockatoo, at Pet Village. They truly are the place to go for bird lovers, and any animal enthusiast will find something special here.nnPet Village comes highly recommended. Been a customer since first opened, as driving into Colchester nightmare.nLarge parking at rear, and great range and service from Amber and her staff. Friendly advice and great prices. Needed a wider selection of raw foods for our dogs and cats which Pet Village has. They even offer a carry out service without asking.nGreat to see an independent shop doing it right
Brilliant pet shop, specialising in parrots with loads of hand tame birds, all staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable
Best pet shop with lovely helpful staff. We have been going in once a week for the great selection of raw frozen doggie food. This is Brook on her new bed which we bought there.... Think we can safely say she loves it!
