Unfortunately within 24 hours 2 fish died. I advised immediately and was told to keep them informed. I checked the water again and it was still fine but changed it anyway.nnThen the rest died within 2 days. On updating Betta they ghosted me when I asked for a refund.nnI'm not good with any form of death after a harrowing year so didn't chase it further.nMy son has had similar issues.nAlas won't return.
My son was getting Axolotls so visited the shop for some necessities and advice. The guys in there were really friendly and helpful giving loads of advice. Nice atmosphere and very reasonable pricing. Great range of fish and reptiles, would highly recommend a visit.
Veey highly recommended. Great selection of fish, reptiles, snakes and spiders! Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Never feel pressured into buying. Always have good advice.
Always there to help . My light system on my tank packed up . Thay checked out my set up . All no good but they came up with an alternative solution rather than me buying the proper system that was going to cost £675 instead got light system but different set up for £178. Recommend them 100%
Visited here just to see the animals but they have a huge selection of products, some very specialist! Really sweet animals, especially loved the tortoises! They seem well looked after here
