I love this store, the owners and staff have a fantastic knowledge of the products and of a wide range of animal problems. The staff always have sound advice to offer to anyone who needs it. I adopted 2 Rabbits and had a lot of teething problems, the staff were always my first port of call and the store also gave me a number for a local breeder who knew everything.
Although the shop itself is very small they are very well stocked and are happy to go out the back and get something you ask for, they also order in items and deliver. Everytime I have been to the store they have remembered my name and this gives the shop a really friendly local feel to it, I always end up stopping to chat and so do a lot of others. I would say its one of the best pet shops I have been to.  Sometimes they dont have an item but they try to track it down and will let you know honestly if they think its what will suit your needs, I think they have a really good attitude and genuine passion for pets. 
Sometimes they are a little more expensive than larger pet shops and sometimes stock only the smallest size of some products but thats not uncommon in any shop of this size. Overall I think its still worth it because of the service and advice you get.
