Brilliant place! We go regularly with our dog, who always gets lots of fuss from the staff and the odd treat. Stock lots of yummy natural treats which she loves and are really good value. Staff are always friendly and helpful, we wouldn't go anywhere else! Definitely worth supporting a local shop.
Small and intimate shop but with friendly and experienced staff. On the day I visited it was quiet so there was plenty of free parking. This might not be the case during a busy week. The staff were very experienced and happy to answer my questions.
I have been visiting Pet Planet since I was a child, having purchased my very first fish from them the fish lived for 15 years and my first hamster and they have always offered good products at a fair price. Now that I have a dog, I have become a more frequent visitor as they really are the best place to go for my boy’s Nature’s Menu raw food. We always receive a warm welcome and they are always happy to oblige when my boy goes looking for treats.
Very helpful assistants who put them- selves out to help and even check on their computer for information people ask about
Prices are good, but it really reflects in the quality of customer service and delivery times. Took them 4 days to get round to dispatching an item. Customer service is abysmal and rude - they couldn't care less about helping you once they have your money. If you want good service and speed, it's worth paying that small bit extra to order through a different site - in hindsight, the other sites may have cost a couple quid more, but wouldn't have charged for delivery, and would have delivered a lot quicker!
Popped in to enquire about the leopard geckos on Sunday and had the most informative and friendly chat with Naomi. honestly cannot recommend a better place for help/ enquiries got to hold a few and discuss; vivariums, food, decor for the tanks and their care. Absolutely wonderful customer service the lady needs a raise will definitely be coming back in the future
These guys love their animals and are always ready to answer any questions and give any advice. The customer service is amazing they get to know you by name. They run a stamp scheme loyalty card it's a good system you get a stamp for every £5 spent and you get £5 credit when it's filled, a good bonus and a nice surprise 5 stars is too few, cannot praise these people enough! 100+
Excellent pet shop for all your pet's needs. Competitive prices and very knowledgeable staff. Pets for sale from repreble breeders.
Took my dog in to have a coat sorted for her. She's a very nervous dog but the staff were excellent in making sure she stayed calm and relaxed as possible. The coat we bought fits very well and is good quality for money. Also enquired about purchasing a crested gecko, the staff were very informative and gave me a lot of detail about the care of one and showed me the ones they have in store. All the enclosures looked incredible and well looked after. Definitely going to go back in the future.
