Lauren is the first person to understand Whoopy's real phobia of nail clipping. She treated her with real empathy and gave me more information in 5 minutes than all the groomers and vets we've tried in all her 12 years. Fantastic, thank you so much, we will be back

I’m really happy that my highly strung and elderly golden retriever was groomed perfectly and seemed so happy and not at all stressed by the experience. I definitely recommend this grooming salon. Parking is easy, lots of spaces, well away from the road and you can walk your dog before or after their appointment on the the green.
First time I had used this grooming salon. I was very pleased with the result. Lauren and her colleague were very welcoming and kind. Ben seemed happy and we will be going again.

New Owners Pity existing customers were not warned. Worst groom our dog has ever had Never Again We did complain, yes you were new there but it appeared to be a conveyer belt of dogs not the calm caring place we used to know.
I took my 2 samoyeds for the 1st time recently and I would be very happy to take them there again, the dogs seemed happy when they came out and the staff were very friendly. Very handy having the park on the same site and plenty of parking.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value
10 month old cocker spaniel just had her first time at grooming parlour,looks lovely, she's very happy and so are we, will certainly use pet perfection again highly recommend them
