I'm disabled and use the co op as my store for easy and convenient ! Not so bloody convenient went to do my big once a month shop of 50 quid ish ended up with 100 quid parking fine for less than an hour there ! I presumed as I left my details a short while back that I my car was on the data base as a local user. The day I shopped was the day they imposed fine ? I have complained to co op and rang the fine people who are based in Liverpool!!!! I have now self imposed a boycott on the co op as one they ain't the cheapest around and I know of no other co op that imposes fines on users of the supermarkets car parks!!! Hmmmm??? So I will struggle further out to shop now at Tesco aldeburgh saxmundham and martlesham being an amputee with mental health issues that leave me much not knowing the day or date sometimes more than I care to admit . Or even wanting to leave my house. I have to persuade the mind head and body to force myself out at times and then fail and retreat back inside. I live on my own and closest help my daughter is 25 miles away ! Thank you co op for just adding to my already hard life and misery top marks ! I should imagine that your daily sales are lower as there's a lot more room in your car park because others who can't even recall their number plate to put into your system that has failed to be working at least twice when I have got there hence being advised to put my reg on data base which your member of staff who was busy failed to do as she said she would ? I'm paying the price for that fail !!!! Egg 6 pack 29 p cheaper tinned plumb peeled tomatoes 30p cheaper milk 41 p cheaper for 4 pints there are many more to be had at Tescos! Funny parking next door at co op Aldeburgh is Freee ???? As with Tescos a few minutes up the road either Aldeburgh or Sax Not in Leiston no you forget to tap in your number plate or not placed on data base despite you left your details boom you get a letter in the post picture of you car in and time out and a 100 quid fine and they use DVLA to track you down ! It will never happen to me again I assure you !!!
