We are a local independent pet shop with access to over 20,000 products, including live foods, frozen reptile foods, we also stock small animals like rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters & gerbils.

We stock a wide range of branded goods including: Royal Canin, James Wellbeloved, Ferplast, Ancol, Beaphar, King British, Juwel any many more,
We also have our own Pet Foods Plus Range of foods Including 20 kg Wild Bird Seed £13.99 We offer a free local delivery service & Special orders for items we do not stock.

My puppy loves the freeze dyed chicken or beef. I like to go to Pet Supplies to buy this product because they usually have a large assortment to choose from. The freeze dry food can be crazy expensive. And Pet Supplies will usually have a sale. I also find deals on toys for my puppy and temptation's for my cat. They had by two for 10 dollars on really cute stuffed doh toys made from plastic bottles. I chose a turtle and a dolphin. Very cute.
Most of the time they are out of my dog and cat food. Wasn't fair to just judge them for that. Everyone is having the same issues. The staff does deserve 4 stars. I've only come across one rude cashier. So prepared to be welcomed into the store with greetings and smiles. I've had employees that have gone out of the way to help me. I appreciate that. No, let's just say my cat and dogs appreciated that the most.
Excellent selection of quality pet foods and treats. They carry top quality brands that you can't always find at other stores. The staff is all friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this pet store if you care about your pet.
Purchased some fish for my son, we got the comet goldfish. When the lady opened the aquarium to get the fish there were several dead floating at the top along with a fish dead swirling around the inside of the tank. The water was dirty and they said they hadn't cleaned or fed the fish yet, it was 3 or 4 pm at this time. Purchased all of the equipment and cycled the water and tested all levels before introducing the fish. Not even 3 days later 3 out of the 5 are dead. According to what we read they most likely picked up an illness from swimming around dead fish all night and throughout the day we Purchased them. I do not recommend getting fish from here.
It was my first time using the bath service where you do it yourself. The girls there were so kind and took the time to show me the ropes. They also explained what a great deal it was to do the punch card rather than pay for just one. I was very impressed with their friendliness, knowledge, and the value of the service.
I have got fish from them 2 times in a row. Put them in my tank and within a few hours they all die. But the fish I got from a different pet store are still alive and well

Always great sales and staff is wonderful, haven't used their grooming services as of yet but it's really neat what they have to offer and the creative way the write it up!
My groomer payton was the best she was so nice and gave my dog the best haircut I’ve ever seen!!! So cute…. Go see payton forsure
