To R Morgan. Your comment is harsh and untrue, the fitters and sales staff are professional with lots of years experience and nowhere else can you go in and buy a carpet and get next day fitting or within a couple of days. Maybe you had a bad experience and you are 1 in a million but does happen and sales staff are certainly not rude quite the opposite

Dreadful company. Badly fitted carpet and Poor customer service. Very rude if you go back to them with concerns.
