Fantastic service and advice. As Moho newbies we needed quite a few bits to get us started. John was great in going through our list and helping us find things or advising on different options. Good humoured banter too. This is where we’ll be shopping as and when required in the future.
Very poor customer service. Been twice now as couldnt believe how bad my first experience was and gave a second chance. Not one person even said Good morning. Completely blanked me. I am looking for a new top of the range big touring caravan, with motor mover and air awning. Certainly will not be going back to be treated this way.
We found the perfect caravan for us and paid a deposit on 9 October. We were told it would be ready in 2-3 weeks and that they would phone when it was ready. 3 weeks later, no phone call so I sent an email asking for an update, no reply. I sent a second email, still no reply. What kind of business is this? I don't mind if there is a delay but do expect a response to my emails. I have now been looking at the negative reviews and wondering if we have made a mistake!
Went to this company today and not one person spoke to us actually I would say that the 3 staff we seen didn’t even make eye contact! We asked to see the pre-loved motor homes and the chap said “I’ll give you the keys, the vans are outside”. We were given a piece of paper with serial numbers and that was that! We only went to one van and left in disgust! We went to another company and had the most wonderful experience and yes we bought our Motorhome
Like many reviews below, we drove over an hour to visit with the view of buying a new Motorhome. Staff had a very disinterested attitude, I was in plain sight, the location was empty, and not one of the guys on staff thought to come and say hello or ask if we needed help. The owner has answered a few reviewers claiming they don't want to operate a pressure sales environment, the owner should realise there's a huge difference between that and common courtesy and a welcoming business. We've taken that business to a well know competitor in West Lothian who couldn't have been more helpful. Very very odd company.
Exceptional at not giving a dam. Asked about 2nd hand stock and given a list of vans that were parked outside. Some were open others locked. No feeling of being interested in us as customers. This is my perception based on how welcoming your sales staff were. They were not busy and really could not have been less helpful. We left feeling that customer service was not in any way a priority for your sales staff. Prices really high £43K for a 63 plate It probably cost this new. Autotrail with 66k miles. Trim inside and out damaged and looking really tired. On the basis of these prices my 16 plate Autotrail must be worth £50k plus.
Terrible service still waiting for a repair under warrantee after 2 bad yearly habitation checks and just keep being told they have no parts waiting on parts. Don't believe their sales patter and the after sales service is non existent.
Friendly and helpful. Good choice of accessories and caravan and motorhome showroom is worth a visit
Very poor customer service. Their caravan check list isnt really worth it. Would I bother again to buy from these guys - no I wouldn’t.
I went to get parts For my Static today after having a stressful morning. John and the lady in the parts department were so helpful. I also got a hug you Guys made My Day
