Rubbish, all they want is money. Once they have money, they don't care about you. We moved here 2 days ago and we have been waiting for them to finish the kitchen flooring but nothing has been done here. They are telling us different stories every morning. No washing machine because we can't fit it since there is no flooring, so we can't wash our clothes at the moment. This is persimmon homes. They don't deserve even a 1 star. Very disappointed with them. They told us not to put anything in the kitchen, so everything is inthe sitting room. Very good job persimmon. Unable to build roads, even despite road signs that have been up for more than three years. They like to fill gardens with any old rubble and clay to ensure drainage is at a minimum or less.

Unhelpful staff. Do not rate the houses for build quality. Do not rate the company for customer setvices
