Nice estate shame about the builders extremely poor customer service renegade on snagging list after promising they will do it. If you are looking for house do not buy from Persimmons avoid avoid avoid wish we had now cause nothing but stress and they don’t care after you move in.

House is ok, customer service and after care has been appalling. 6+ months after moving in still chasing snagging, lawn issues and tradesmen/contractorsblocking our driveway.

Great place good area great houses PS if you  do not want anyone to visit or any deliverys to you door or live in amaze live there .get the place and street names sorted and put on a map or sat navs  .

Terrible builders. None of my snagging has been looked at and the little bits that have been done have been done to the worst quality I have ever seen. Will never buy from this shower of cowboys again!

Came to have a look at a property last may2016, moved in October that year lovely place, very quiet and my kids love the park

Like every other housing development since time began nothing special

A nicely landscaped new estate.

Drove past, Google asks for a review.
