I had an appointment with nurse Lisa Mather on Friday 5th April. As always Lisa greets you so warmly & puts you at ease straight away. She is the most caring, kind, compassionate nurse I have seen. You feel you can ask questions & if you are worried or in doubt about anything Lisa is ready to listen. I cannot speak highly enough of you Lisa, you are a great asset to the practice.

Fantastic practice. All staff and Drs are so helpful, Understanding and very professional at all times. They have never failed  to contact me on the same day as I request an appointment , and I am more than happy with the care and attention that they have continued to provide to me during the past 8 years. Excellent services as always thank you to a great team and a great service !!

I filled in the easy to complete online form at 8.50am, less than 15 minutes later I'd received a text from Dr Elliott saying that the nurse would be in touch this morning.nnI spoke to the nurse, was diagnosed and prescription sent to the pharmacist is less than an hour.nnExcellent service, thank you

New appointment system ... filled in online form .. within hours an appointment for a F2F with GP the next week was arranged. No waiting in a queue of calls to be answered. Painless and very efficient...nThank you PMP. Great service.

I went for the second part of my well woman check last Friday which I wasn't really looking forward to and was greeted by Lisa Mather...the most, caring, kind, compassionate and efficient nurse I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.nI was the last patient to be seen and she could have very easily ended the appointment alot sooner but instead she made me feel like a long lost friend so I opened up to her..and I'm so glad I did. I had been wanting to see a Dr face to face but over the past few years I realised it wasn't that easy so thought I'd just leave it. Lisa straight away said..'I know exactly who can help you, and I'll make the appointment now!'nI couldn't believe it...what an asset she is to the practice!nI left the surgery with a huge smile on my face!nLisa...you are what nursing is all about..a true angel, without wings!!!
