Submitted an online request for an appointment for my daughter this morning, received an appointment within the hour. Was seen by Dr Bruno Onyeagoro who was amazing with my daughter. He was very personable, understanding of her needs and made her feel very comfortable whilst she's feeling under the weather. I was very happy with the knowledge and information he provided, meaning I left the appointment feeling confident and relieved of any worries regarding her health and symptoms. Thank you all!
My visit to Pershore medical centre on Saturday the 12th October was a success. I attended the surgery to have both the flu and Covid vaccinations. The surgery was very busy however the reception was effective. I had a very short wait of 5 minutes before the injections. These were clearly explained and carried out quickly and painlessly. The whole process took no more than 10 minutes.
The surgery has an online appointment system, which worked very well for me. I did have to go back to the surgery a second time, and that also worked very quickly, using the same online system. Both appointments were face to face with doctors and on the same day.
I can honestly say this surgery has consistently over performed. Having recently attended for my flu and Covid vaccination the process was simple and very efficient. I was in and out in just a couple on minutes!
