One of the most warm and welcoming places I have been to. The appointments run on time and despite being busy, the staff took the time to have a chat and made me feel very comfortable. We all turn to the NHS in its various departments in our times of need but all too often we fail to acknowledge just how precious and valuable the NHS actually is. Compare what we have to other countries and take stock people! This may be a small part of the big NHS picture but these dedicated people remain focussed on delivering a personal and local service. Dr Baxter and Dr Embley are fantastic doctors, they actually listen to you and look at you not typing or looking on a screen. They are empathetic and take the time to help you. They treat you as a person, not just another patient. Dr Baxter quickly referred me to a service which has greatly improved my life and meant I can access the right support and I feel she has gone above and beyond to help me thank you

Yesterday, as an asthmatic with an infection, I was seen incredibly quickly after filling in an online form. Claire Main was warm, intuitive and decisive and I had my prescription tablets within two hours of my initial call. Thanks to Claire and to the receptionist!nChris Guard

Had the most loveliest nurse ever at my blood test appointment today, 12:10. Thankyou, Made me feel really at ease and she had the most caring nature.  Receptionist was also lovely as I was checking in I was running a bit late so was worried I’d missed my call!

A great experience today with Caroline for my flu vaccine. Very professional and friendly. Also thanks to the lady in the pharmacy who got my husband’s prescription ready to save me a journey back to the vending machine.
