We were deeply disappointed with Abbottswood after they failed to provide the promised post-operative care for my mother following her hip replacement surgery. Despite initial assurances of home visits for essential services like changing medical socks, the surgery abruptly withdrew their support post-surgery, suggesting we resort to private care or social services instead. Attempts to address the issue were met with indifference, leaving us without the necessary support during a critical time. This breach of trust and poor communication has significantly impacted our confidence in this practice.
Moved to the area and to this practice 9 months ago. Very impressed with everything- easy to get an appointment, friendly and efficient staff and always taken on time for appointments. Well done to all the staff
Absolutely fantastic service. I’ve just joined after moving . The difference between Abbottswood and my old surgery is incomparable, from the friendly reception and pharmacy to the ability to book a doctors appointment. The Doctor was fantastic too. I am very impressed so far. They even have a vending machine for repeat prescriptions that can be accessed 24/7
Not my practice…but I have dealings with them due to a family member.nI have been palmed off by a receptionist for the past 3 months.nOne receptionist says one thing and another says something completely different…communication is rubbish.
Excellent doctors,n1abrupt rude receptionist.nMade me feel uncomfortable when requesting sample pots .
