Brilliant food and service top place to eat in mk enjoyed it more than nandos could do with a few more serviettes in place while eating.Definately a place I will return as much as possible.
They have a good range of chicken and have done quite good experiments I love their chicken but dont get their nachos. Besides that all other food is goodRecommended dishes
Food is ok but the sizes of burgers are smallest in the country. They sell mini burgers but charge for normal ones. Chips are expensive too. They never add tissues in takeaways . A lot to improve if they want to establish a goodwill in the long run.
Went there the other day to get takeout, the lady at the till was extremely rude for no reason whatsoever and was talking in a condescending tone for absolutely no reason not only to me but to other customers there too, got below average good with the chicken being raw and not cooked properly, I asked the lady for some extra tissues but she didn't give me and showed me attitude for no reason and said it's in the bag no extra, no gloves or head covering worn by some staff handling food making it feel unhygienic. The staff there really needs to change their attitude towards customers visiting the store, extremely poor service and raw food.
Six of us are suffering from food poisoning we ordered mega platter and four XL burgers. The burgers were fine as those people didn’t get sick but the mega platter which we ordered 1xHot Chicken and 1 x medium caused food poisoning. This was the worst experience. I will be calling you tomorrow and will provide the receipt etc for compensation/refund. Kids health are being affected here and Envirnomental / food agencies will also be taking part in order to rectify this matter.
Very good service and the food was excellent. The government's Eat out to Help out scheme really paid off. Received 50% off a £60 meal. Pros: - plenty of parking available outside - plenty of seating space - has both downstairs and upstairs - food was very tasty - fast service Cons: - due to the busy nature of the restaurant the tables aren't always clean but the staff do clean when requested.
Ordered Chicken N Rice extra and BBQ Sizzler on Deliveroo. It took less time to finish it than it took to deliver It was super scrumptious
Love Pepe's in MK! Food is always excellent, quality is excellent. The Paneer rice is beautifully saucy! Awesome service from all of the staff, especially the lovely lady with the red headscarf - she always goes above to make us regulars feel welcome! Vegetarian options: Awesome veggie menu!
The experience they provided me with was exceptional. From a picky customers point of view, they left me with nothing but a smile on my face from cheek to cheek. Great people working here and you should definitely try out pepes MK
good food but rude staff. We requested to sit upstairs as it was so cold in the restaurant and she said no we only allow if down hall is full. install a heater or radiator if you want us to enjoy our food inside. We took our food to take away after.
