Having taken several months to complete my implant treatment I can honestly say that I am over the moon!  The whole procedure was very easy, the staff are delightful and Dr. Franks made everything pretty painless and simple. He is very professional indeed.  The whole process was explained from start to finish, the financial side was made very clear at the first consultation and I now have a lovely smile once again.  Thank you to everyone involved.

For clarification, our bone grafting does not cost £2000.  The person who wrote that, needed 1 set of bone grafting (£550) and potentially, a second (again £550) but this was not certain.  Even if both were needed this is £1100, almost £1000 less than indicated.  We operate completely transparently- as in all information received upfront, for FREE enabling any decision on the future to be made obligation free.  In addition, there is a price promise on all implant treatment plans to be the lowest costing in the country (with guarantees on all aspects of treatment so quality is assured).  Sometimes you can't please everyone, but it's important that the facts relating to treatment are relayed for others to see, fairly and honestly.  Many thanks, PP.

BEWARE.  Offered a free consultation by radio advertising.  Booklet was sent through the post the next day telling me all about the free consultation which lasts around 45 min to 1 hour with examination included and x-rays or CT scans at no extra costs.

I was there 10 mins, the dentist didn't carry out an examination and leant against a wall 2.5 meters away the whole time.  He then said I didn't require implants as my teeth were healthy.  When I asked how he can tell from 2.5 meters away he said that he just could and that anyway Perfect Profiles aren't cosmetic dentists.  He then suggested I see another dentist of theirs about veneers or braces or other such things (all cosmetic) and suggested I make a new appointment which of course is a chargeable appointment.  Their price list advertises 2nd Consultation £120, Examination £40, or Dental Implant review, £50.  
I though this kind of thing was illegal.

The price they advertise is nothing like the price once you are in the chair. I was told I needed a bone graft that somehow would add £2000 to the price. The cost of a bone graft at most dentists, £250, so if needed twice still only £500. Also place is shabby, display cabinet in waiting room has half inch thick dust, off putting. Toilets leave a lot to be desired too.

Fantastic service! very chatty happy helpful staff! 2 new back implants placed- its good to be chewing again on my left side ! can not recommend it enough! nice clean and modern rooms!
