Whole family dropped as patients after not going during Covid and thinking we were doing a good thing by not going when they are backed up because of Covid. Won't reply to emails. Not the same since Hamish left.

Appalling! Dropped me from their books because I didn't make an appointment.... during lockdown! Didn't bother to tell me this until I rang for an emergency appointment due to a crown falling out only to be told they wouldn't see me and were now no longer taking on new patients! Further discussion however revealed that they would see me quickly if I paid for private treatment. Rip off.

Finally after many years of quick patch ups, the new dentist wanted to get things sorted for once and for all,  the new dentist discussed my dental options and a price that suited me,  It finally feels like they want to help and get things sorted, not just financial gain of the company. A great new young dentist has joined, I have a long term plan sorted with him. Can't recommend enough. I will repost another comment after my treatment has been competed

i went to this dentist a few times, but have moved to another dentist since, receptionist was rude and not polite her attitude was terrible, didn't even say "goodbye, or see you on such and such date" just put the phone down on me at the end of a conversation. After that phone call i registered with another dentist, the receptionist was polite and well mannered. I didnt even bother to cancel my appointment at the old place. Goes to show first impressions are everything. And she really made me feel unwelcome and bad for not having booked a dentist appointment when i was due.

Had my first filling here and the dentist shouted at me for moving my leg when she hit a nerve in my tooth. I was then numbed and all went well but I felt quite upset and shaken afterwards. I will sign up to another dentist now.

Fixed my tooth, root canal work was not traumatic, efficient and quick Many thanks Harshil Mazry and Tina

A good dental practice.  I recommended it to a friend who also now goes there and is pleased with the good service.

Amazing practice with amazing staff, nothing was too much effort!
