Sales assistants are not very polite and nice to clients. But it’s not the worst. They take the bakery without any gloves right after touching money. This is the only one store from this chain where I saw something like that. Please teach your people how important is to put on gloves every single time.

I love Percy Ingle, so glad that there was a branch in Stratford. The cream cakes are the best.

Love the sausage rolls, best sausage rolls.

Very rude staff! They are also touching bread after handling money with no protection!!!
