I cannot describe this place with words  It's just unreal,it's the perfect place for relaxing,to forget about everything and to fall into a magic world  I had to mention ANGEL,she is amazing and professional massage therapist. She has some good hands and her massage is unique,she focused on my back pain very well and she just made me like new I always leave that place with  black heart cause I wanna stay there the full day without leaving I love this place

Spontaneous visit for a much needed massage. Wow this place was unreal i opted for a thai massage with the lovely therapist Angel. I cannot recommend this place enough honestly one of the best massage places in birmingham. All staff are lovely and the hygiene and hospitality is outstanding. Definitely will be back :

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a serene atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was perfect.  The facilities were top-notch, with immaculate treatment rooms and a relaxing lounge area. We both opted for the full body massage, and it was heavenly. The therapists were skilled and attentive, tailoring the treatments to our individual needs. It was clear that they were highly trained and passionate about their work.  After our treatments, we enjoyed some time in the spa's relaxation area, sipping on herbal tea and soaking in the peaceful ambiance. It was the perfect way to unwind and spend quality time together.  Overall, our visit to The Mansion Spa was a truly rejuvenating experience. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and pampered. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and calming escape. We can't wait to return!

I recently had the most amazing massage experience at Madison Spa, all thanks to my wonderful friend Naomi. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The ambiance of the spa was so peaceful and inviting.  The real highlight of my visit was the incredible massage I received from the talented therapist. Her touch was absolutely magical, and I could feel all my tension and stress melt away with each stroke. She was attentive to my needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session.  I left the spa feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, thanks to the expert hands of the therapist. Today was my first visit & I’ll definitely be going back! The reception immediately puts you at ease, the combination of soothing music, room scent & a friendly welcome working wonders. I had a Swedish 1 hr full massage by Angel I am so sorry for the knots Angel straight away gets to work, she is indeed doing the lords work undoing my knots. The saying, “strong hands & warm heart” could’ve been inspired by Angel. She did recommend a hot stone massage for next time which I will definitely do to combat the knots. For anyone who sits in front of a PC, or fancies some self care- this is the place to be!

1st time visiting Mansion Spa. Reception staff were lovely, very accommodating, although we had to wait a bit for our session to start due to delays, they made sure we were comfortable in the waiting area. I had booked couples massage for me and my sister as a birthday treat and we were taken to the couples room which was beautifully lit up with candles and the ambience was great. We had booked the Thai hot oil massage which was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep, there were some parts which weren't as relaxing but that it because I had so many knots in my neck and shoulders but I'm grateful she paid extra attention to release the tension. All in all a great massage, good service and worth the money! Will be visiting again
