Came here for a quick bite with family, first all tables were full inside staff saw me wait for a seat but didn't mention there was ample sitting downstairs, finally found a seat asked staff do you have high chairs reply was NO but later asked about toilets which were downstairs and saw 4 high chairs stacked up😑. Food was not nice chips were over cooked and dark too hard for my kids. Chicken burger fillet was hard as a rock inside most skinny piece of so called breast Fillent I seen. Bought three meals but was asked to pay 20p each for sauces. Not worth the prices at all and service needs some attention. Wont be going back to this branch.

food is very oily/ greasy 
and way too expensive
at other places you can get a meal for around £4
They dont serve tea/ coffe just fizzy drinks
 these lot charge minumum £5.60
sometimes you wait 25 minutes for a fried burger????
i predict and hope they go out of buisness

if you are paying with card you have to spend a  minumum of £5 
This is stupid, mcdonalds/kfc/ dont have this rule
you can spend even 50p at mcdonalds on card
what diffrence does it make to pepes ?  
They are a very greedy company and do not care about customers

We waited for over 1 and a half hours despite being told 40 mins whilst placing the order. Each time we called the staff lied telling us the driver is 5 mins away and then stopped answering our phone calls. The food was the worst I've had and totally put off this place for good. 

Would not recommend at all!

Food was over an hour late when it did come was basically cold shop an hungry house couldn't do anything they said so had to warm it up. Started eating it and everything was Absolutely disgusting nearly made me sick!!! I won't be getting food from there ever again even if I'm starving!! Take my advice an keep well away!!

I used Deliveroo to order from them, well my burger had THE worst taste, especially the burger. There were no souce in the burger and the fries looked and tasted as if they were from 1 year ago and pre-heated.
