Sadly it's hit and miss with this branch. Today we had a lovely delivery chap but this is the food we got... #straightinthebin. Last week, our food looked like it had been round a rally track with Colin McRae! But the pizza is very good and gets them up to three stars.

This is the best pizza you can get delivered, priced by the metre (seriously!). Pizza base is authentic, thin and crispy as it should be. Toppings cater for people who like tomato sauce or prefer white pizza too. Good vegetarian and vegan options. Website recently improved. Earn discounts (100 points = £10 off. 1point for every £1 spent) Allows easy customisation of your order eg additional olives =£1. Meal deals typically bundles on buying multiple items eg. Buy 1 pizza plus 1 side plus 1 desert. Used to be let down by the delivery service which is improving and continues to improve all the time. . I'm a loyal customer but from time to time my patience is tested.

Just went to try Firezza pizza tonight, eating in. While the base of pizza is a kind of standard base, the ingredient are really of poor quality. Tomatoes on pizza: terrible taste and presentation. Ordered a buffalina pizza and while there were few bits of real buffalo cheese on top, the rest of the melted cheese underneath was a cheap melting staf. Oil on the tables, is a tasteless mix of some vegetable oil and a little of olive oil. Since the shape of pizza is square, on the 4 corners, a lot of the base is left without cheese, tomato or anything else. To cut it short, there are certainly worse place where to eat pizza but for sure this is not a good one. Price is in medium-high price with £20.00 (£19.98) for two peoples. In Ealing there are very good pizzerias and Firezza will surely not see us again. It is a pity, because the pizzaiolo is a nice guy! Food Safety – HACCP – Scientialex Ltd- London

They say death and taxes are the only dependable things in life but I'd like to add 'firezza pizzas arriving stone cold' to the list. It's a shame their delivery system is such a shambles as the pizzas themselves are quite decent. Ealing has many other quality pizza establishments you'd be better off spending your money in.
