Order from here quite regular week in week out as work lunch because it’s the leanest place open during lunch time. Food is good from here, not consistent but decentnBy far the biggest put off is the staff and service, absolutely shocking considering it’s a popular franchise and the staff could learn to be more friendly and have manners rather than argue or respond like a D*** with customersnPersonally they all need training in Customer Service and Manners especially the big lad at the front taking orders Farooq…..FML

worst ever food this evening I have from Pepes order family deal extra dried chicken with 3 breast n 1 leg piece only n I told them clearly when I see they packing 3 breast n they said it’s not yours

Ordered over 2 hours ago and food has not arrived. App said delivery for 9.20 so we rung in at 9.40 where the staff were rude to us and told us 10.05 delivery. 20 minutes later and food has not arrived and now the restaurant won’t pick up. When the food finally arrived, they forgot a portion of fries and it was lukewarm at best

Food very nice, prices are a bit high, the hygiene here is very poor though, toilets a mess and very dirty, sponge looks like its been there since the takeway opened up years ago haha it growing mold on it. The tables are dirty too, they don't bother cleaning, probably won't be returning as just too dirty overall.

An absolute incompetent bunch working here Burnley branch. Ordered on Uber eats at 5pm, told it would be delivered between 5.30 and 5.50pm. Rang the branch at 6.15pm and told its on the way and even reassured me it'll be 10 minutes max. Still nothing. I gave them 20 minutes before ringing again. Oh surprise surprise, they hadn't even seen the order and it'll take another hour to prepare and deliver. I cancelled the order in the end because I've 3 starving kids who can't wait that long.nnSafe to say we won't be ordering from here again.nnEditing to say - Despite being told on the phone I will get a refund I've now received an email from UberEats that I will be charged for the order as Pepes had started it. They clearly hadn't.
