The food may be delicious, but the customer service is awful. Every time I order from Pepe's, there’s always an issue with my order. Most of the time, something is missing, or they don’t even prepare my food properly.nnOn one occasion, I waited two hours for delivery, and the Just Eat app showed that my food had already been delivered. When I called the restaurant, they claimed I didn’t place an order. After giving them my Just Eat order number, they finally admitted they had missed my order and apologised.nnThis kind of service is unacceptable. If the owner doesn’t want to lose more customers, they should hire more competent staff. I will never order from this takeaway again!

Ordered twice recently on UberEats, the food is delicious. Delivered piping hot and way ahead of time. Great take away and delivery drivers deliver with care and always correct order. Thank you.

Food very nice, prices are a bit high, the hygiene here is very poor though, toilets a mess and very dirty, sponge looks like its been there since the takeway opened up years ago haha it growing mold on it. The tables are dirty too, they don't bother cleaning, probably won't be returning as just too dirty overall.

Ordered over 2 hours ago and food has not arrived. App said delivery for 9.20 so we rung in at 9.40 where the staff were rude to us and told us 10.05 delivery. 20 minutes later and food has not arrived and now the restaurant won’t pick up. When the food finally arrived, they forgot a portion of fries and it was lukewarm at best

An absolute incompetent bunch working here Burnley branch. Ordered on Uber eats at 5pm, told it would be delivered between 5.30 and 5.50pm. Rang the branch at 6.15pm and told its on the way and even reassured me it'll be 10 minutes max. Still nothing. I gave them 20 minutes before ringing again. Oh surprise surprise, they hadn't even seen the order and it'll take another hour to prepare and deliver. I cancelled the order in the end because I've 3 starving kids who can't wait that long.nnSafe to say we won't be ordering from here again.nnEditing to say - Despite being told on the phone I will get a refund I've now received an email from UberEats that I will be charged for the order as Pepes had started it. They clearly hadn't.
