It's a welcoming atmosphere and bar staff are friendly. However some need to be re-trained on how to pour a pint see picture.nFood quality seems to have gone down hill, seems like freezer bag food and doesn't match the price.nThe halloumi fries are better at McDonald's, and the general quality of the tapas menu is similar to spoons.nIt's a shame to see one of Burnley's better establishments succumb to low quality food.
Very accommodating to canal boaters, they let us moor here free of charge, and they even let us bring our own food to eat inside. The drinks are great too. 10/10, really friendly pub in great location.

Brilliant service from start to finish and such a beautiful setting.nWe had our Christmas party here, Sam, Lee and all other staff were so helpful!nThey couldnt assist enough, they set my mind at ease throughout, thought of things I hadn't thought of, sorted the DJ, provided the tables for the food and altered the layout of the room to suit our needs.nCan't thank you both enough, we will definitely be back for future events!
The atmosphere was incredible. The staff were very knowledgeable about their beers and helped pair them with our tastes. The pizza was one of the best dishes I've had in a while.
