Dear MangernnI wanted to share my wonderful experience at your restaurant. The food was very good, and the staff was incredibly friendly. A special mention goes to the night team tonight for their exceptional service.nnThank you for a great evening!
I often get the chicken rice box from here and never had the experience I had today. I was shocked to find that the peri peri rice you usually get within the box was actually plain white rice mixed in with the chicken. When i called the shop I had to explain this twice to two different staff neither were helping or understanding. Attepts were made to convince me that that is how this rice box comes. I did not accept and challenged them saying I have taken photos of it which I will be uploading here. He told me not to come to the store and come the following day when the manager is in. He refused to give me the manager's name when the name was requested.nnI hope this is read by management and something is done about this deception and unacceptable customer service.nnPlease note I am not complaining about the taste of food. Food is always nice but the fact I was not believed when I called the shop was shocking and disappointed the way they dealt with me.
Thank you so much for the delicious food. Staff was fabulous, They were treating customers very well. And a special thanks to the cook ‍ for preparing tasty and yammy food .
The customer service was outstanding.They are all friendly. food bursting with flavor. Loved the experience there . Best place to dine with friends and family.
Ordered a family platter meal from Uber eats and we was presented with this as a leg piece… looks like something out of a saw horror movie. Highly recommend not ordering from here and the owner loves to claim he’s seen CCTV & Did a better investigation than the met police themselves but mate the proof is in the pudding, you guys always mess up orders.
