Walked into the takeaway and Riaz met us with a smile and the most welcoming presence. We ordered a 6 piece wing meal after he suggested what we might like as we mentioned we were after wings and he told us about the savings and what comes with a drink or without. He went above and beyond to give us good customer service even in this heat and more heat in their restaurant. He stayed pleasant throughout we wanted sauces after paying he mentioned they came with the meal already. I would commend everyone who fancies some fried chicken with good service to visit this branch in Grays. Ask for Riaz he will definitely make you feel welcome and happy to spend your money and would make you come back. Keep up the good service and Riaz should be highly valued for his energy and personalised efficient service his definitely a valuable asset to the company without a doubt
Nice halal food especially the burgers slightly pricey but worth the price
I pad for 1 bag of school chips he gave someone else a bag of school chips for free I think it is unacceptable that someone else gets I free bag of chips and it’s such a rip off not happy
Never eaten here before but had favorite chicken elsewhere. All the chicken was incredibly dry and over spiced. Kids and husband refused to eat all three types of chicken in the boneless share meal due to the spice/flavour. Clearly other people like the food as it was busy but not for us.
What is the point of ordering over the phone to pick up food faster if after 20 minutes when I come to pick up my order, people are just starting to prepare it and I have to wait another 20 minutes. Customer service is lying and squealing. The food has also deteriorated over time, prices are twice as high and portions are getting smaller. After 7 years of being a regular customer there today I ordered there for the last time… enough is enough.
