Try to avoid this agency as they are really rubbishy. 
    We made a contract with them and the other people left the house after 6 months, we paid them the deposit back but the agent says they can’t remove the ex tenants from the certificate and he does not care if we paid also the bills for the other couple as that is not his problem.
    Also when I told them we will move the house he rised the voice to me saying that we have to pay 1 more month even if we move and also penalties. 
   We gave 1 month notice and they says we have to give 2 month otherwise we have to pay till last. 
    Oliver he was so unprofessional and he spoke so rubbishy with me on the phone saying that I can’t say to him what to do and etc, I couldn’t believe someone could speak like this with their customer.

I was lied to before I signed the contract, and only found out when it was too late, that I was unable to put a cat flap in. I was told the property would be cleaned and the garden sorted before I moved in. I was also told that any issues that arise during my tenancy will be dealt with within 2 weeks. I waited 3 months for the broken dishwasher to be replaced. I waited almost the same amount of time for all the light bulbs (literally half of all light bulbs in every room were broken) to be fixed. The property was not clean and the garden not tidied. Now there's a leak in the living room and the kitchen counters are rotting....actually the list is endless, and I get attitude and rudeness from the property manager who literally started shouting at me when I told her I would not allow 20 different contractors in on 20 different occasions to deal with the outstanding issues. Shockingly bad service. I regret moving in to this property and have had to clean all the mold myself to stop my asthma getting worse. I'll be contacting Citizens Advice on Monday about my rights. The least they can do is either fix the terrible state of the property, or reduce my rent.

Awful tenant service. Withheld deposit although no dispute from the landlord regarding the release of it, took 3 months for the return of our deposit with zero information / help or update from the agent. AVOID AGENCY

only use this estate agent has is to waste parking spaces on nearby roads with their fleet of tacky little cars
