I've just been reunited with my laptop today after a brief but relatively painless separation. Penzance Computers were extremely easy to deal with, friendly, easily accessable, reasonably priced but more importantly they were smart enough to fix my machine! Thank you very much guys, I would not hesitate to bring anything to you to be fixed again!

I have been a customer of Pz Computers for almost a decade and have always had good service and found everyone there to be very helpful. I have ordered perhaps a dozen computers or arranged hardware upgrades for clients of mine and they have been happy to customise them to my specifications at a very competitive price, and always serviced my own macbook very quickly. Good to support a local company as well.

Sent my xBox in for repairs a MONTH later they still hadn't contacted me, I called them and he told me it wasn't repairable... THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW! DO NOT GO TO THEM!

These Low Lifes rip people off and are unable to carry out an effective repair. Try Q Tek Computers or The Tek Guys. Don't get mixed up with these!! Very effeminate!!

I had a PS3 in for an engineers report. I was told it would take 3 days...a week later i was told another 3 days. 4 WEEKS later i rang up and was expecting some sort of apology...instead i was rudely told that if i didn't stop complaining i would get it back with no report....I asked for a complaints policy and told that they didn't have one.... Not happy. If they MD was a bit less rude on the phone, then i might have written a good review. After 5 weeks waiting for a service which i had to persist in chasing up i cannot recommend their company. If i was treated with a bit more respect on the phone, then this review might of have had been written in a more positive manner!!!
