Always a pleasure to stay at Penta. It is literally mine and my Boyfriends fave place to stay. The staff are always welcoming and adhere to your needs! Matt is an amazing host, makes the best drinks and makes you feel utterly comfortable! Definitely a one to stay at! Thank you guys.
Excellent in every way; reception staff, check-in, room comfortable, bathroom clean, housekeeping do a good job. The location is good too. I have used it twice, November, December, would use the place again if I am here.
Our room was ok but had the weirdest toilet. The door to it was like a public toilet stall; there was a gap below it and to the sides! Basically, there was nothing to stop the poopy smell going in to the main part of the room. So yeah, weird.
