Can’t rate highly enough. The man who is a big Robbie Williams fan (sorry didn’t get the name!) was so helpful and thorough. Will always come back.

Knows the service, but doesn’t know how to communicate it to customers, doesn’t listen to what the customer wants, can easily lead customers to more expensive service charges, you have to be persistent, have observed this every time I visit penryn P.O., with treatment of other customers and myself. I avoid it if I can.

Awful service. The man is incredibly rude, condecending and bullying to get more money out of you. An absolute job's worth. Horrible. Definitely worth going into Mabe or Falmouth if you can just to avoid having to interact with this dreadful little manchild.
