I have not posted a review online before but I feel that Penrose really deserve a 5 star rating. When our mother passed away suddenly we were faced with the decision of who we would use to do her funeral. We tried searching online and found limited reviews and as such opted for Penrose as they are close to where we all live and a family run business. On a first meeting with Nathan we all felt that he really listened to our needs and also advised us on absolutely everything we needed to know but never tried to sell anything to us. Nathan then kept us so well informed right up until the day of the funeral calling most days to check that everything was in order and to see how our arrangements were coming along. Nothing was too much to ask. On the day of the funeral we felt that the care and empathy was there from Jeremy and Nathan. Jeremy asked us how we wanted to do things and even brought our flowers back to their office so we could collect later on that evening. I would highly recommend Penrose and thank them for the smooth running of everything at such a devastating time. Thank you Emma, Matthew and Melanie Bates

I like to say a big thank you to Penrose funeral directors, from the moment myself and my daughter walked into your friendly, warm sympathetic funeral directors , you talked us through step by step , also made the funeral of Simon Brooks beautiful , your a totally professional & friendly funeral directors, I would highly recommend you to everyone, thanks again for everything you done,  from Miss Churchill &

Nathan and Michael proved to be excellent ambassadors for this funeral directors.From the initial meeting with them they dealt with all our requests in a kind empathetic manner and ensured that the funeral day for our brother was special for all the family.I have no hesitation in recommending them.
