A fantastic dental surgery with a great team of staff. I’m not the easiest of patients when it comes to needles and dental treatment. My dendist Alisha is patient, reassuring while equally thorough with making sure all pre-cautionary measures are covered so the treatment is a success for the long term….  this balance is rare. The receptionist short grey hair and glasses needs replacing before she brings the whole surgery reviews down to 0. Worst customer service ever experienced. Simply asked if she could email a copy of a receipt as this is what they usually do on request and she refused. Another staff member overheard and offered to do it. However, the receptionist didn't allow her to. Ridiculous.

My elderly mother was in a lot of pain with a broken tooth and needed an urgent dental appointment. Pennyhill Dental Care were incredibly understanding and helpful. They managed to get her into see a dentist for an urgent appointment on the same day and resolved the issue quickly. My mum is very happy to have her problem sorted and would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and providing an excellent service! Many thanks

I visited the Hygienist on 2021-08-31 and I was very pleased and impressed by the Hygienist.  I can’t remember any hygienist putting in such as effort on my teeth.  I’m really delighted by the result.  As I haven’t been to the hygienist for 18 months because of the pandemic, the improvement to my teeth is very obvious.  Thank You to Miss Rai and her nurse Miss Gurung for their excellent care.

Outstanding dental care provided by Dr Gill and his team. I always feel looked after and most importantly any concerns or questions I may have are addressed prior to treatment with a full explanation of what is going to happen. I have been a client at Pennyhill Dental Care for quite a few years now and I cannot praise them enough.

I had a few fillings and a crown done in Pennyhill Dental Care and I have to say the staff is lovely. Very polite reception and Dr Sohi who was taking care of me was extremely gentle, kind and professional. I never had a problems with my teeth after treatment and I recommend this place to everyone.

For every treatment offered, I get the feeling more attention is paid to what can be done to earn more money rather than what actually needs to be done for MY teeth. If I don't book a follow up, I'm given dire warnings that leaving the treatment could ultimately result in my death! Really does not instill confidence in any advice given!

I had a great experience with this dentist had to go and have 3 root canals done the doctor and other staff where very accommodating especially with my fear of needles I didn't have any issues with them in fact I had my last appointment today very happy with the work they did

I have a great respect for Dr Gill and his recommendations for my ongoing treatment. I have no problems booking appointments. I would recommend this practice.
