The dental staff are very welcoming and athough I am not a nervous patient, the whole time during your appointment as treatment commences it is dealt with in a highly professional manner. The dentist is making you fully aware of any issues, the xrays were there for me to see and him to explain any changes noticed. He is also explaining everything he can see during the examination and treatments or choices that are available to you. Very good at engaging with the patient and this makes the whole visit calm and reassuring. He cleaned and polished my teeth to a very high standard and I would recommend this practise to friends and family.
I had the best dental care I have ever experienced! Dr Claudia was very gentle and kind with me and she explained very well what was going on. I highly recommend to anyone!
It's absolutely fantastic practice Claudio and the whole team . I would recommend them 100%.very professional high standard. They are very kind and also very patient towards to they client. Whoever will decide to choose them they will never regret it.
Stress-free. Dr. Irina and her assistant made my dental check a pleasant experience. Scale & Polish restored my teeth to a pearly gleam.

I had let my visits to the dentist lapse, to the extent that my previous dentist would no longer see me. Thank goodness I found this lovely practice! Claudio was completely aware and sympathetic to my situation and a bad experience I had encountered elsewhere, and soon put me completely at my ease with his friendly and professional care. Top marks to him and the rest of the staff! They come thoroughly recommended
Loving welcoming environment. Feel so glad I have started using this local dentist. Extremely professional and all the Dentists and nurses are very friendly and explain the procedures with clarity. Strongly recommend and all my family are now planning to join too.
No one really likes going to the dentist :-, so finding a practice you can trust to provide a fair/honest assessment of your dental requirements is so important. I booked an initial consultation with Dr.Irina - she talked me through and explained every step of the process, gave me a full dental check-up and probably one of the best Hygiene dental cleaning procedures I've ever had. Very friendly staff, equipped with the latest dental equipment, well organised and spotless.. As a result, I've decided to sign-up to one of their monthly dental plans.
The best practice I’ve been so far. The staff is friendly and the doctor has so so much patience. I am very anxious usually but Dr Bratosin made me feel so relaxed. It’s a practice that puts his patients first and treats you with so much care, explains everything they do before starting your course of treatment. No surprises with the prices, they give you a price plan before they start the treatment. Honestly I recommended them to all my friends.
