What a fantastic evening to see the old year out and new year in. As new members we were made more than welcome .such a friendly atmosphere. looking forward to spending more happy hours with you.and your committee members .happy new year to you all .from the friends of homewood house .

You have to know two different members to actually sign you in, and if you don't have two know two different actual members you can't be part of the social club. They do have a band playing every Saturday however, when you go into the social club front doors its very quiet and there is tvs in there, one with something on and then the other with something else gets a bit confusing, especially considering the juke box is on there aswell and you can't hear the music on the juke box once you have payed for it unless you stand right under the speaker, but even then the TV is on something toooo loud. It's a bit all over the place if you ask me, and not exactly well organised. You also have to go to a meeting after your a temporary member to become a full member, which is the weirdest layout I've ever heard! They also have bar staff that don't realise when something is flat, like coke. It tasted like I was drinking just syrup. Very horrible. Not the Bestest of place's if I'm honest! Think again if you want to be a member because it's £5 temporarily membership and then it's like another £20 once a full member so in total its £25.. That's only to go in there, because the drinks your pay for, the juke box you pay for, the other machines your pay for, it's literally just money money money grabbing!
