An excellent vets, thank you so much for everything just took my second rescue kitten for his first check up today I always feel informed and confident after visiting. Very clean, extremely knowledgeable and helpful team. Excellent handling my little fella is a whippet but the vet made it look easy handling him.
I been at this vets for 7years. Today I made the decision to move elsewhere.nNever missed an appointment and discovered a lump 3 years ago assured everything was fine with no lab test being carried out to find the practice have provided insurance company after they initiated the extensive surgery with information meaning the complaint was existing. If that was the case they have provided inadequate care.nThey have a team of nurses that try to deal with complaints but the majority are not even fully qualified to give you or your insurance the correct information. Joe on reception deals with insurance emails and has clearly not provided the claims department with correct information. Do no use the practice they just money makers and they don’t care for your furry companion.
We very sadly had to put our 13 year old Tibetan Terrier down yesterday . I cannot praise the vet enough . She was so very compassionate and kind to myself and my teenage son . It made the whole experience although heartbreaking a little bit more bearable . The whole team have been amazing as our dog got ill whilst we were on holiday . They were always on the phone to support my mum as she cared for him . Thankyou once again
Pennine Vets both Harwood and Tottington are absolutely lovely with our two dogs, who have been coming here since they were puppies. One of them is really sensitive and they always take good care of him, making sure he gets the care he needs while taking things at his pace. Every staff member at the practice is lovely, both with humans and animals. We wouldn't send our boys anywhere else.
I unfortunately had some serious unexpected health issues with my daughters pet rat I had tried 2 other places prior to here only to be quite rudely rebuffed due to not being registered etc however the staff here were frankly amazing so friendly and professional we were in the surgery within the hour of calling the lady vet was simply brilliant extremely knowledgeable showed genuine concern and care for the animal and the situation and was very compassionate with my heartbroken 12 year old daughter I cannot recommend highly enough and will always be returning here with all my other animals 5/5
