Pennard Vets has been wonderful looking after my dog Coco. Georgia at West Malling diagnosed Coco’s condition and took bloods. Within the hour Coco was at the Tonbridge branch for a scan. He was then hospitalised at Sevenoaks for care and exploratory tests. Both the day and night vets have kept in touch and explained everything in terms of Coco’s state and treatment planned. Every aspect of Coco’s care has been talked through and agreed. I cannot recommend Pennard vets enough. They have been absolutely wonderful and totally reassuring during a very worrying and difficult time.

Fabulous veterinary staff at Pennard with superb facilities and modern, clean consulting rooms.nKate is wonderful and is so caring with my timid little cat, super knowledgeable and always has time for you - it’s never a rushed experience.nReception staff are always friendly and helpful and I nice touch is they have separate waiting areas for cats and dogs.nAll round I would highly recommend the Pennard team.

I  always have wonderful experience with Pennard Vets when it comes to caring for my Ragdoll cats. From the moment we walked through the door, the team has been incredibly welcoming, gentle, and clearly passionate about animals. My Ragdolls can be quite sensitive, but the staff handled them with such calm and kindness that it put both them and me at ease.nnThe receptionists are always professional, friendly, and kind, making every visit smooth and stress-free. Whether it’s booking appointments, answering questions, or simply greeting us with a smile, their warmth and efficiency never go unnoticed.nnThe vets take the time to explain everything thoroughly, and I always feel confident that my cats are in expert hands. The facilities are spotless, appointments run smoothly, and they truly go above and beyond to make both pets and owners feel supported.nnI couldn’t recommend Pennard Vets more highly for anyone looking for exceptional care for their furry family members. I had to get an emergency appointment on Saturday for my cat as my own vet was closed. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful and managed to fit me in for an appointment. Jasper, the vet was super helpful and saw me and my cat as soon as we arrived and provided the necessary treatment to make my cat well. I would highly recommend using this veterinary practice they are super friendly and helpful. Many thanks from Loki the cat and he's very happy owner.

We’ve been with this practice since our dog was a puppy, and I honestly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. She even attended their puppy party, which was such a lovely experience and helped set the foundation for her confidence early on.nThe whole team is absolutely amazing. From the front desk staff who always take the time to hand out treats and help build her confidence, to the vets who are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive. Our dog is quite nervous, but they always handle her with such kindness and understanding, never rushing her and always making her feel safe.nIt’s so clear that everyone genuinely cares, and that makes all the difference. We’re incredibly grateful for the consistent, compassionate care they’ve given her over the years.
