Where do I start, everything from start to finish was fantastic service second to none.nMy cat Cyril was diagnosed with a severe kidney disease.nHe spent three nights hospitalised in the kind and beautiful care of staff on.day and night shifts.nI had twice daily updates from both teams.nCyril unfortunately after being released back to us his condition deteriorated as we knew it may do but he spent last two nights with us.nHe returned back to sevenoaks where he had his final moments before passing.nStaff were great too many names to mention.nAndy the vet who took final procedure was caring and supportive to us and we appreciate that.nIf your looking to register your pet's with a practice please consider Pennards.nFantastic staff caring supportive and faultless service.nThank you for everything.
Our little sausage dog managed to get hold of a chocolate cake and ate a lot, the vets advised that he needed to be induced into vomit.nnThe vets at pennards were very caring and kind to him. he’s a very anxious dog who was terrified but they were calm and patient with him.nnThe waiting room is very well designed and it was great that there were sections keeping cats and dogs separate.nnThank you for seeing him in an emergency and thank you for being so kind, esp when he wasn’t happy.nnDenny made a full recovery and spent the afternoon outside with me enjoying the sunshine.
Sadly my British shorthair cat Hamish developed a very sudden but short illness which he sadly passed away from over a course of 4 days, but I’ve been absolutely bowled over by the incredible veterinary care from the vets Bonnie, Jasper, Charlotte, the nursing staff down to the reception team at Pennards in Sevenoaks. They kept me updated at every step of the way, they called me, text messaged me, and were incredibly empathetic at a very difficult time for a pet owner. I never ever felt that they didn’t have the best interest of Hamish and I fully trusted them at every step of the way. My boy had a traumatic end to his life but I feel blessed that these vets handled his care with such love and kindness in his final days. There are some good people in this world.
Recent ultra sound scan on our big lad Ash. Very much appreciated the care, treatment and advice during an anxious few days for our family and so glad to be given the all clear today. Very confident with the Vets and care team at Pennards Sevenoaks.
Riley has been going for Physio and hydrotherapy with Caron - The service and facilities have been brilliant, and Caron’s knowledge and experience treating an older dog have been exceptional, with his welfare taking priority at all times. He is already showing big improvements - well recommended
