We were redirected to Pennard's Vets as an emergency case over the bank holiday weekend, as our current vets were closed. Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our cat Simba during this time. However, I felt compelled to write this review to say a huge thank you to the team at Pennard's.nnSpecifically to Jasper, who not only gave Simba a thorough initial consultation and asked countless questions, which our current vet Carewell Vets failed to do on the Thursday prior, but also used his gut instinct that something wasn't quite right, and admitted him straight to hospital.nnA massive thank you also to Holly, the vet on duty, for keeping us updated with thorough and honest information about what was happening to Simba. And finally to Florian, who had the incredibly tough job of calling us the day Simba passed away.nIt is truly a heartbreaking time for us. However, if I lived closer, I would register with Pennard's in an instant. Thank you so much to the whole team.nnSteve & Emma

The vets, nurses and receptionist are all amazing kind and compassionate. I’ve had 2 dogs in within a day of each other. Both have been well cared for and mended. Brilliant and well explained updates and step by step procedures explained. Thank you from the Robertson family  Rebus and Sidney

We took our retriever as he had an awful upset tummy. The receptionist was very welcoming and made a fuss of our boy also. The gentleman vet we saw was very calm around our nervous boy and gave him a good check over. He explained everything to me that he was doing and looking for. I was relaxed and satisfied when I left with a very happy boy. Id never use any other company

I was given an appointment very quickly and our dog was treated the next day. All of the staff were really helpful and understanding as she is a nervous dog and I was allowed to stay with her until the sedative took effect. I received a phone call as soon as the procedure was over to let me now she was ok. I would really recommend Pennards at Sevenoaks, as the whole process way very efficient and nothing way too much trouble.

The experience at this practice has been outstanding.nnThe staff on reception and the Vets are welcoming and the care provided is excellent.nnThe waiting area is immaculate, calm and spacious, with areas available to keep your pets separate.nnWe went to this practice originally to see the incredible Eye Specialist from South East Vet's, Richard Everson, who is a wonderful kind and caring person.nnRichard performed an incredible and successful surgery on our puppy Tilly.  The immediate aftercare, was assisted by the caring Nurses from this practice.nnWe also need to give appreciation to the wonderful Karen, who has assisted us with our many enquiries.nnDespite the fact that this is not our closest Pennard location, we are happy to travel further due to the incredible team at this practice.
