We have been with Elands for 10 years now and found them to be very caring and compassionate people, they are a wonderful team of staff and we know our pets are in the best hands recieving the highest standards of care which gives us peace of mind when any surgeries arise, i cannot praise and recommend this service highly enough.

I've had dogs for 40 years and know that vets vary in quality. This is one of the really really good ones.
Based on my own experience I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. The vetinarian gave my senior dog wonderful care, time and attention and the receptionists were charming and helpful.
Horrible Vet in Dunton Green Branch. Receptionist Angela was extremely rude, disorganised and unhelpful. We were suppose to pick up some antibiotics for my sick pet in a hurray. The referral vet told them a day before to get the pills ready, but they never bothered to follow up. She purposely made my boyfriend wait for over 40 minutes, and insist the medicine just not there. Insisted we have £900 outstanding bill £600 was without any descriptions. Later came out that there were a two sets of drugs over £100, we didn't even use. They still managed to charged us. If wasn't for us to request to see the bills in details. She consistently accusing we were rude. All we asked for if you could appreciate if you could speed up as we have very sick pet at home. You would think if you pay over thousands for vet fee, they would at least treat you as a customer. With them as a vet, you would think they truly care for animals. ***** post event **** We requested formal complain, the "Clinical Director" Philip called, said it is her words against your words. they had computer problems therefore can't issue the correct bill, with shortage of staff. Also mentioned to check CCTV recording with no voice recording lol. What an absolutely a joke! Would never go back there again, do recommend whoever goes there double check your bills.
5 stars is really not enough to rate these caring and extremely lovely people that staff this practice. My beagle spaniel x is just too happy to visit whether feeling poorly or just for his routine check ups or boosters! I would give 10 stars if I could.
