Telephoned them at 10.30 this morning. The helpful Receptionist said she would get a doctor to call me back. Dr Morley did so fifteen minutes later. She asked me to come to the Surgery at midday. I turned up and was seen immediately. Good and thorough examination. Prescription issued. Job done. Can't fault them for speed, politeness, and care.
Just had a very positive call to book 2 appointments with a helpful receptionist. The appointments are just over 2 weeks away but they are not urgent. I’m unsure of others experiences but never had an issue with reception staff, booking appointments or clinical staff
This place has put me of seeing doctors for help. Everytime I go they don't seem to care or listen. One doctor even asked what tablets I'd like to be on? Shouldn't he be telling me what's best?
Sharing some GP love and appreciation.nLittle boy has been brewing an ear infection over a few days and been off it at nursery today so gave them a call at 5.15pm hoping for a telephone appointment tomorrow. By 6pm we had done a telephone consultation, we had been to the practice for a face to face, had a script sent to the local pharmacy, picked up the treatment and were back home in front of the TV. How amazing is that! They’ve been nothing but brilliant ever since we registered there 5 years ago and have been fantastic through the pandemic, couldn’t wish for better.
No one ever answers the phone. Had a bit of an emergency recently and still no one answered. Very unnerving tbh. Also can’t get to see a doc? Unhelpful reception would rather send you to your chemist! Sorry but that’s not the job of the chemist. Overall service very poor.
